Job details and responsibilities
The main purpose of your role is to assist the Site Manager with the planning of the development, managing all aspects of the construction progress, including ensuring build is of a high quality. Your responsibilities will include:

To be successful in this role you will have previously worked in a similar position and have a up to date CSCS card, this is essential. You will need to have a current SMSTS or equivalent. You will also be qualified in First Aid. You must be a driven and organised individual to be successful within this role. This is a hands-on position therefore, you must be able to work at a fast pace and to tight deadlines. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
The salary is £20 per hour and you will be needed ASAP for approximately 6 weeks. This is a temporary role but with an opportunity to become permanent.

- Work closely with the Quality Assurance Inspector
- Manage and record progress on digital site manager system
- Complete all relevant site inspections at key stages
- Monitor and liaise with sub-contractors
- Assist in the management of the budget and forecast in timely manner
