Our client is looking for Multi-Skilled Technicians to join their busy and expanding Facilities Maintenance company.
The role would be to go into empty homes and carry out pre-planned maintenance duties.
These duties could include but are not exclusive to:
· Patchwork plastering
· Painting & Decorating
· Wallpapering
· Basic Plumbing
· Basic Electrics
· Caulking
· Sealing
· Joinery
The working hours are flexible but would be a minimum of 8hrs Monday to Friday, there are opportunities for overtime and this is paid and time and a half on Saturday or double time on Sundays.
You would need to have your own tools and initially your own vehicle (but in time a Van would be provided). All materials and equipment would be provided to site in the short term.
Annual salary would be in the region of £28k-32k per annum dependent upon experience.
