Your Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying and engaging top construction talent. You’ll be responsible for:

�� Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of temporary construction roles
�� Managing job adverts and utilising job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent
�� Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
�� Working closely with consultants and resourcing managers to prioritise vacancies and meet client needs
�� Maintaining an organised database of available candidates for quick placements

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (preferred but not essential)
✔️ Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
✔️ Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with candidates
✔️ A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs
