Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary construction roles, developing client relationships, and ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled workers.
�� Managing client accounts and developing long-term relationships
�� Sourcing and placing top construction professionals into temporary assignments
�� Proactively generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
�� Liaising with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
�� Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool
�� Managing compliance and ensuring all placements meet industry standards
�� Achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within construction or temporary staffing
✔️ Strong sales and business development skills, with a proactive approach to winning new clients
✔️ Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
✔️ Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies efficiently
✔️ A target-driven mindset with a focus on hitting KPIs and maximising earnings
