We are seeking 6 experienced Cable Pullers for an ongoing project at Millbrook Power Plant, Bedford. You will be responsible for pulling and routing electrical cables through conduits, trays, and underground systems, working closely with electricians to ensure installations meet project specifications. The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to health and safety. 

Job Overview:

• Start Date: Immediate 
• Rate of Pay: £17.50 Per Hour 
• Hours Worked per Week: Monday – Thursday: 11-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 6:30 PM) Friday: 6-hour shift (7:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
• Overtime/Weekend Rate: 1.3x after 38 hours and on Saturdays, 1.7x on Sundays
• Payment Options: CIS, LTD and Umbrella 

What You'll Need To Succeed:

Must pass a Drug & Alcohol Test upon entry and comply with random tests throughout the contract
Experience: Previous experience in cable pulling preferred but not essential
Certification: Valid and in-date CSCS/ You will need a tool belt with typical cable puller tools, like Knips, screwdrivers etc.
References: 2 checkable employer references
