We are expanding our USA Data Centre division and are seeking a recruitment expert to take ownership of a high-growth sector, working with some of the most exciting clients and candidates in the industry. This role offers clear progression to build and lead a UK-based team, expanding into other specialist sectors within the USA market.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Managing permanent and contract white-collar recruitment within the USA Data Centre sector
Building relationships with clients and candidates across North America
Driving business development, identifying and securing new client opportunities
Sourcing, screening, and placing high-level candidates into technical and managerial roles
Negotiating contracts, terms, and offers for clients and candidates
Advising clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and workforce planning
Achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
Developing a long-term growth strategy to expand into other sectors within the USA market
Progressing into a leadership role, building and managing a UK-based team
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in white-collar permanent and contract recruitment
✔️ Data Centre recruitment experience preferred but not essential
✔️ USA recruitment experience preferred but not essential
✔️ Strong business development and relationship management skills
✔️ Ability to work USA hours to maximise client and candidate engagement
✔️ A target-driven, commercially minded approach with excellent negotiation skills
✔️ Ambition to progress into leadership, managing a UK-based team
