We are expanding our USA Data Centre division and are seeking a recruitment expert to take ownership of a high-growth sector, working with some of the most exciting clients and candidates in the industry. This role offers clear progression to build and lead a UK-based team, expanding into other specialist sectors within the USA market.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
�� Managing permanent and contract white-collar recruitment within the USA Data Centre sector
�� Building relationships with clients and candidates across North America
�� Driving business development, identifying and securing new client opportunities
�� Sourcing, screening, and placing high-level candidates into technical and managerial roles
�� Negotiating contracts, terms, and offers for clients and candidates
�� Advising clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and workforce planning
�� Achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
�� Developing a long-term growth strategy to expand into other sectors within the USA market
�� Progressing into a leadership role, building and managing a UK-based team

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in white-collar permanent and contract recruitment
✔️ Data Centre recruitment experience preferred but not essential
✔️ USA recruitment experience preferred but not essential
✔️ Strong business development and relationship management skills
✔️ Ability to work USA hours to maximise client and candidate engagement
✔️ A target-driven, commercially minded approach with excellent negotiation skills
✔️ Ambition to progress into leadership, managing a UK-based team
