Your Role:
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent and matching them with leading companies across a range of industries. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
�� Managing the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement
�� Developing and nurturing client relationships to generate new business opportunities
�� Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-calibre candidates
�� Consulting with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide expert guidance
�� Negotiating job offers and managing the offer process
�� Achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, Power & Industrial Engineering
✔️ Strong business development and sales skills, with a proactive approach to winning new clients
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
✔️ Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple vacancies and work efficiently
✔️ A target-driven mindset with a focus on hitting KPIs and maximising earnings
