Your Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across multiple industries for permanent placements. You’ll be working closely with consultants to source, attract, and manage high-quality candidates.
�� Sourcing & screening top candidates across Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Power & Energy
�� Managing job adverts across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking
�� Building relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
�� Collaborating with consultants to prioritise vacancies and meet client hiring needs
�� Database management – maintaining an organised talent pool for quick placements
�� Supporting business growth by ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (preferred but not essential)
✔️ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
✔️ Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with candidates
✔️ A target-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics
✔️ A passion for permanent recruitment and working across diverse industries
