placements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
�� Managing the full 360° recruitment process for permanent roles across multiple industries
�� Building and maintaining strong client relationships, securing repeat business
�� Business development – Identifying and winning new clients and opportunities
�� Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates in key roles
�� Negotiating contract terms, salaries, and offer packages
�� Managing and growing a strong pipeline of talent
�� Mentoring junior consultants, sharing best practices, and supporting team success
�� Achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in permanent recruitment
✔️ A strong track record of billing success and client retention
✔️ Excellent relationship-building & business development skills
✔️ Strong organisational & prioritisation abilities
✔️ A proactive, target-driven approach with a passion for recruitment success
