Night Shift Team Leader
Manchester
Hours of Work: 22.00 – 06.00hrs - Sunday – Thursday - 37.5 hours per week
£44,000 (this includes shift allowance)
I am working with a leading manufacturer based in Manchester. They are looking for a Night Shift Team Leader. They are looking for somebody who is passionate about manufacturing and being able to make a difference to the team is essential for the success of this role.  
The Night Shift Team Leader will be responsible for Staff, Materials, Machinery and Equipment. You will be liaising with internal departments; Technical, Commercial, Quality and Inspection & Engineering.  External customer liaison also required.
  
Requirements of the Night Shift Team Leader;

• Time Served Engineer
• Varied background and good knowledge of vertical machining centres
• Team leading experience
• Knowledge and practical experience of world class manufacturing techniques
• Spreadsheet experience
• Able to deal with ever changing priorities
• Knowledge of Health & Safety issues
• 5S experience
• Understanding of Quality systems
