Project Manager – Construction
St Asaph (Site-Based in Holyhead)
£50,000 -£55,000

The client is a leading construction company in Wales and the Northwest, delivering award-winning projects since 1990. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and manage resources.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Manage risks, solve problems, and track project progress.
• Control budgets, contracts, and procurement.
• Lead teams and drive process improvements.

What You Need

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Degree/HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Valid SMSTS & First Aid certifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
