Your Role & Responsibilities:
�� Managing & growing a pipeline of temporary construction candidates
�� Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors
�� Business development – Identifying & securing new clients while expanding house accounts
�� Negotiating contracts, rates, and placements for maximum profitability
�� Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client requirements
�� Mentoring junior consultants & resourcers, sharing best practices
�� Achieving & exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

✔️ Proven experience in temporary construction recruitment
✔️ Strong business development skills with a track record of securing new clients
✔️ Excellent relationship-building & negotiation skills
