We are a well-established recruitment agency specialising in the construction sector, providing top-tier temporary staffing solutions to our clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Resourcing Manager to lead our resourcing team and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
The Role:
As our Resourcing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the success of our resourcing team. You will:
✔ Manage a team of 2-3 Resourcers, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
✔ Take job requirements from the sales team and strategically distribute them to the Resourcers.
✔ Oversee large house accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring fulfilment of recruitment needs.
✔ Monitor and drive KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
✔ Prioritise job orders effectively, ensuring the most urgent and high-value roles are filled promptly.
✔ Implement structured processes to improve team efficiency and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in a similar Resourcing Manager or Senior Resourcer role within temporary recruitment (preferably within construction).
✅ Strong leadership and management skills – able to motivate and develop a team.
✅ A KPI-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
✅ Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities – able to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain and develop key client accounts.
