Job Title: Compliance & Health & Safety Coordinator
Location: National – UK travel required (hybrid working with site visits)
Salary: £35k plus £6k + Car Allowance
UK-wide travel with occasional overnight stays (expenses paid)
Overview:
Are you a disciplined, detail-oriented professional with a structured background—such as the Armed Forces, emergency services, or a regulated operational environment? We are working with a leader within the accident repair industry who are looking for a proactive Compliance & Health & Safety Coordinator to help uphold standards across their national network.
This newly created role offers a strong sense of purpose, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational integrity within their UK-wide body shop sites. It’s ideal for those transitioning from the military who want to apply their problem-solving, leadership, and risk-assessment skills in a structured, impactful civilian career.
Full training and system access will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Highly structured and detail-focused—ideal for someone from a military, logistics, or security-based environment.
✔ Mission-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
✔ Interest in pursuing a career in health and safety (e.g., working towards NEBOSH or similar qualification).
✔ Thrives in independent, multi-site environments with national travel flexibility.
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills—able to audit, support, and advise managers effectively.
Desirable (but not essential):
✅ Previous experience in compliance, auditing, health & safety, or risk management.
✅ Experience working across multi-site operations or field-based roles.
✅ Knowledge of health and safety systems or auditing procedures.
