You will be involved in electrical installation on a large prison site 1 hour easy of York, covering:

• Galvanised conduit
• General wiring and terminations
• Fire alarm systems, general alarms
• Cell call systems
• Disabled refuge systems

Job Overview:

• Start Date: Monday 9th September 2024 
• Duration: 6-12 weeks of work
• Rate of Pay: £25 Per Hour
• Hours Worked per Week: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 18:00
  (Early finish possible on Fridays)
• Tools Required: Bring general tools for working on galvanised conduit, wiring, and terminations. Tool storage is available on-site.
• Parking: Free on-site parking available
• Overtime/Weekend Rate: Available at increased rates
• Payment Options: CIS, LTD and Umbrella 

What You'll Need To Succeed:

All candidates must undergo SC (Security Clearance), but work can commence prior to clearance completion. The process includes a DBS check and costs approximately £100 (usable on multiple sites).
Certification: GOLD JIB Card required
References: 2 checkable employer references
