We’re seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our temporary construction recruitment division. You’ll play a key strategic role, managing high-value client accounts, driving business growth, and leading recruitment strategies within the construction sector.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
�� Leading the temporary construction recruitment division and driving strategic growth
�� Managing a high-value client portfolio and ensuring service excellence
�� Business development – Identifying and securing new business opportunities
�� Mentoring and developing junior consultants, sharing best practices
�� Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement
�� Negotiating contracts, fees, and terms of business
�� Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
�� Achieving and exceeding revenue targets & KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant in temporary construction recruitment
✔️ A track record of high billing success and strong client retention
✔️ Strong business development and relationship management skills
✔️ Ability to mentor, lead, and inspire junior consultants
✔️ A target-driven approach with excellent negotiation and commercial acumen
