Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital communication tools

Role Description 

Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity and market mapping 
Building relationships with decision-makers across construction and engineering businesses 
Conducting client meetings both on-site and at head offices 
Identifying live projects and recruitment requirements 
Negotiating commercial terms and rates 
Managing and growing client accounts 
Working closely with our resourcing team to deliver outstanding service and successful placements 
Maintaining accurate records and activity through our CRM system (Recruitly)
