Rate of pay: £34,000 - £40,000 base salary (depending on experience) + market-leading, uncapped commission scheme. Annual OTE £50,000 - £62,000 per annum, with bonus, health insurance and pension

The Opportunity 

We're building out our recruitment team and looking for consultants ready to grow their own desk in construction, civils, infrastructure, renewables, manufacturing and engineering. You'll work across permanent and contract roles, with live vacancies and existing accounts from day one, supported by experienced consultants and our Senior Leadership Team.

About You 

Experience in recruitment, ideally in a 360 role with a billing history 
Driven, coachable and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 
Confident on the phone and good at building relationships 
Ready to take ownership of your own desk 

Role Description 

Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from brief through to placement 
Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn and referrals 
Write job adverts, screen CVs, run candidate calls and set up interviews 
Build relationships with clients, both existing accounts and new business you bring in yourself 
Manage offers and close placements 
Manage your CRM and handle compliance, including right to work checks 
Build your own patch; a pipeline of candidates and clients that's yours to grow
